The Warm Audio WA-19 Dynamic Studio Microphone is designed for audio professionals and enthusiasts needing pristine sound in studio or live settings. Basing its design on a legendary mic from the 1960s, the WA-19 retains the character and tone of the original - ideal for capturing that vintage flavour for a variety of sound sources. The WA-19 features a unique dynamic cardioid humbucking capsule, offering the noise rejection typical of dynamic mics but with the clarity and detail akin to condenser mics. This ensures high-quality recordings with less background noise.
The WA-19's thin, pencil-style design makes it ideal for tight setups, easily fitting in crowded environments like live stages or small studio booths. It also includes a variable acoustic high-pass filter, which effectively manages low-frequency sounds and adds clarity to the upper midrange without the phase shifts common with electronic filters.
