Due to postal regulations and cash-on-delivery taxes in European countries, shipping costs for particularly bulky or delicate items with delivery abroad are calculated based on actual costs. These costs will be communicated before proceeding with the shipment or requested in advance.Invoice
The invoice is included inside the package. It contains all the prices of the goods, including VAT, for quick reference of the billed amounts.Warranty
A 24-month warranty is provided, valid for all new goods from the moment of delivery to the customer onward (transfer of risk). The warranty applies to each product according to the manufacturer’s information. The type and extent of the warranty are specified in the respective product documents.Right of Return
Products purchased from Your Music come with a right of return valid for 14 days from the day of delivery. Refunds are made by check, bank transfer, or, (in the case of credit card purchases), by transfer to the card account (see the right of return under "consumer information"). This regulation excludes unsealed mass storage devices such as software, DVDs, CDs, and books. For hygiene reasons, the return of wind instruments, earplugs, and in-ear headphones (e.g., InEar-Monitoring) is prohibited. All lighting equipment and goods ordered or specially manufactured to customer specifications are excluded from the right of return or exchange. Important: For goods returned from abroad, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The goods must be perfect and unused. Non-removable traces of use make the return impossible or result in a reduced refund. Please do not send uninsured packages!
