Technical and qualitative information and product images on the website www.yourmusiconline.it (hereafter referred to as the "Site") are sourced from manufacturer catalogs. Your Music Srl reserves the right to modify and/or update this information without prior notice based on updates provided by manufacturers. Customers are advised to verify the latest product information on the manufacturer’s or importer’s website before purchase.

Product Availability

The indication "available" for published products is purely indicative, and considering the possibility of simultaneous purchases, Your Music Srl reserves the right, once the order is received, to verify the actual availability of the product and, if unavailable, to refrain from sending the order confirmation.

Warranty

New products come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, valid for any defects or non-conformities. The warranty applies to each product as specified by the manufacturer. Used products benefit from the above warranty for 12 months.

Orders

Publishing products on the website constitutes an invitation for users to submit a purchase proposal ("Order") to Your Music Srl. Therefore, the sales contract will be finalized only after the order acceptance is sent to the customer. Orders are only accepted in written form via fax or online. Customers who place an order online will receive an email confirmation, including the order number, at the end of the procedure. If no confirmation email is sent, the proposal will be considered not accepted and will have no effect. The minimum order amount is 10.00 Euro. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damages or losses in case of delays in order processing or product delivery.

Shipping Costs

The price of purchased products must include shipping costs, which may vary depending on the total amount, weight, delivery method, payment method, and destination. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated and automatically calculated during the purchase process.

International Shipping

For purchases from non-EU countries, any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Your Music Srl has no control over import duties, which may vary by country; please contact your local customs office to verify costs. Shipping costs for bulky, heavy, or fragile items may vary and will be communicated before proceeding with shipment. All shipments are made via express courier, currently partnered with Your Music Srl. On request, shipments can be insured for loss and/or accidental damage.

Upon delivery, customers must verify that the package is intact and undamaged. If any damage is detected, the customer should immediately report it to the courier on the delivery document and contact us at the following numbers: tel.065810704-065809665 (support). Failure to report issues will constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered, and transportation damages cannot be claimed later.

All prices on the site are expressed in euros and include VAT. Your Music Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to market changes, tax requirements, or typographical errors. The correct price is the one indicated in the order confirmation. If an incorrect price is published by mistake, Your Music Srl may cancel the order by providing justified communication to the buyer. Customers who have already paid will be refunded if they do not agree to the corrected price.

Accepted payment methods are Bank Transfer, Advance Postal Order, Credit Cards, PostePay, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. Any other payment methods must be agreed upon in advance and in writing with Your Music Srl. Without an agreement, the transaction will proceed exclusively with the mentioned payment methods.

Please provide:
1) Cardholder name (as printed);
2) Card number (usually 16 digits);
3) Security code (KPN, 3 digits);
4) Card expiration date.
For large amounts, Your Music Srl may request a copy of the credit card and a valid ID and reserves the right to verify solvency.

In case of payment by bank transfer or postal order, Your Music Srl will send the customer an order confirmation email. This will include all order details and the bank or postal information needed to make the transfer. Please proceed with payment only after receiving the order confirmation, specifying the order number as the reason for payment. Delivery will only occur after payment is received. If payment is not made within 5 days of the confirmation email, the order will be canceled.

PostePay

Your Music Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with shipping the goods, even after accepting the order, for customers with insufficient credit, outstanding payments, or ongoing disputes.

PayPal

At the time of the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the payment by entering your PayPal email and password. Your financial information will not be visible to Your Music Srl but will be managed directly by PayPal.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for orders up to 999 € and for shipments within Italy. Payment must be made in cash directly to the courier upon product delivery. Other payment methods will not be accepted.

Invoicing

The invoice will include the details provided by the customer at the time of order and the prices of purchased goods, including VAT. It will be issued upon payment and included in the shipping package. No changes can be made after the invoice is issued.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from purchased goods within 14 working days from receipt by providing written notice, including through a form available on the website, via registered mail, fax, or email to Your Music, and returning the goods in person or via shipment. Products must be returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging, which must be intact and complete with all documentation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made by check, bank transfer, or credit card transfer (for credit card purchases). The purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Your Music Srl reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract or to split, defer, or cancel delivery, in whole or in part, if goods are unavailable, due to force majeure, or other unforeseen events. Your Music Srl also has the right to terminate the contract for customers who have engaged in irregular conduct, failed to accept cash-on-delivery products, are suspected of unlawful activities, or as required by a judicial order.
