SALES TERMS

These terms of sale apply to individuals (consumers) acting for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity. All prices shown on these pages are expressed in euros and are to be considered INCLUDING VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any information about payment or product availability not listed on the Site will be communicated to you by phone or email.

ITALY

YourMusic SRL sells throughout Italy using the following payment systems:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Poste Pay
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (in advance).
- Ordinary Postal Money Order (in advance).
- CONSEL Installment Payment.
Free in-store pickup
Shipping throughout Italy with express courier.

INTERNATIONAL

For all purchases from non-EU countries, any import customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your Music has no control over import duties, which may vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office to verify import costs. For more information: info@yourmusiconline.it

ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS

Your Music sells musical instruments and musical electronics, accessories, and spare parts for all categories. Detailed product information can be found in our sales documents, Internet offers, and the documents attached to the product.

ORDERS

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, indicating the order number assigned to your transaction. If the confirmation email with the order number is not sent after the order submission, the proposal will be considered not accepted and will have no effect. For deliveries in Italy, the minimum order amount is 10.00 euros. For international shipments, the minimum order amount is 10.00 euros plus additional costs. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damage or loss in the event of delays in order processing or delivery of purchased products.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Goods must be ordered and paid for before in-store pickup. Payment in-store is not possible. You will be notified via email as soon as the goods are available for pickup. The purchased goods will be delivered exclusively to the registered customer who made the purchase, upon presentation of valid identification. If someone else is picking up the order, the registered customer must email or fax the details of the person who will collect the goods. The designated person must present valid identification.

SHIPPING COSTS AND PAYMENT TERMS

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All goods are insured against the risk of loss or damage. For special deliveries, such as express shipments, courier services, or extraordinary packaging or transport costs, any additional costs will be charged after prior communication with the customer. All goods must be paid for no later than the time of shipment. Until full payment, all goods remain the property of Your Music.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When:

Within 14 working days from receipt of goods

How:

Notification to Your Music via registered mail, fax, or email, indicating customer details and order number
Shipping of intact, complete goods in their original packaging
Include accessory documentation (manuals, CDs, DVDs, etc.) and the invoice/receipt

Exclusions:

Custom-made or personalized goods
Sealed audiovisual products or software opened by the consumer
DVDs, CDs, and books without seals
Wind instruments, earplugs, in-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons)
Lighting equipment
Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines
