Consumers have the right to withdraw from purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt, by providing written notice, including through a form available on the website, via registered mail, fax, or email to Your Music, and returning the undamaged goods with intact packaging. There is no need to provide a reason for the return, although justification is appreciated. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, the parties are released from their respective obligations arising from the contract or contractual proposal. In the event of a return, the products must be in perfect condition, including the original packaging, which must be intact and complete in all its parts, including all accessory documentation. Non-removable traces of use or non-intact items will result in a deduction reflecting the decrease in the value of the goods, leading to a partial refund. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds for purchase amounts are made by check, bank transfer, or (for credit card purchases) transfer to the credit card account. The purchase amount, excluding transportation costs, is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods, via check, bank transfer, or transfer to the credit card account (for credit card purchases). Customers are requested to provide banking details for the refund or an address for receiving the check. Withdrawal rights are excluded for unsealed mass memory devices such as software, DVDs, CDs, and books. For hygiene reasons, returns of wind instruments, earbuds, and/or items placed in the ear canal (e.g., InEar-Monitoring) are prohibited. Lighting equipment and custom-made or special-order goods are also excluded from withdrawal rights. Where applicable, the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) apply.Disclaimer
Your Music Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice, due to market changes, new tax requirements, or typographical errors. The correct price is considered the one reported in the order confirmation. The price indicated in the catalog is not binding if an incorrect price was published by mistake. Until shipment, in the event of an error, Your Music Srl may cancel the order by providing justified communication to the buyer. If the customer has already paid for the ordered products and does not wish to purchase at the subsequently corrected price, they will receive a refund for the canceled order. Publishing products on the website constitutes an invitation to users to submit a purchase proposal to Your Music Srl (also referred to as "Order"). Therefore, the sales contract will be considered finalized only after the acceptance of the order is sent to the customer. Orders are only accepted in written form, via fax, or online (through the Internet). Customers who place an order online will receive a confirmation email at the end of the procedure, including the corresponding order number. If, after sending the order, a confirmation email with the order number is not received, the proposal will be considered as not accepted and will have no effect. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damages or losses in the event of a delay in processing the order or delivering the purchased products. Your Music Srl reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract or to divide, defer, or cancel the planned delivery, in whole or in part, in the event that the goods are unavailable, due to force majeure, or other unforeseen events.
