Sadowsky Onboard Bass Preamp 4 Knob System
Onboard Preamp 4-Knob System for Electric Bass - Pre-wired system offering the same controls and legendary active preamp found on all Sadowsky basses. This system is compatible with the cutouts of most new-generation J-Style basses, requiring no additional modifications during installation.
Active preamp for passive pickups. Controls: Volume + White + Vintage Tone Control (Push/Pull to activate or deactivate) + Treble and Bass (Stacked). Active EQ controls with bass boost (up to +18dB at 40Hz) and treble boost (up to +18dB at 4kHz). VTC is passive. When the EQ is set to flat, VTC operates at its maximum potential. Lowering VTC reduces the amount of high frequencies in the output signal. Power supply: 9V battery (average life: approximately 850 hours). Current draw: 9 mA.
