The M40 is a miniature condenser microphone designed for professional applications where speech recognition, audio quality, and ease of installation are critical. With its fully integrated preamp circuitry and high sensitivity, it is ideal for distant sound pickup. Key applications include VTC video conferencing, distance learning, hospital rooms, surveillance, and ambient sound monitoring. The M40 ensures complete immunity from RF interference caused by cell phones and GSM devices. Equipped with a cardioid capsule, the M40 is also available with hypercardioid or shotgun capsules, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. Its "point and shoot" directivity allows for precise sound focusing. Installation is simple and requires only a 5/8-inch hole drilled into the ceiling, with no additional tools needed. The cable assembly is equipped with a terminal block connector. For installations requiring plenum-rated cables, a UL-certified metal junction box is available. The M40 series is available in various model variants to meet specific needs.
