Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount and weight of the items in your cart and are calculated automatically during the purchase process. All packages are insured and shipped via our current express courier. For the purchase of a used product, a fee of €9 will be charged.

All packages can be insured against loss and damage upon request.

International Shipping

Due to postal regulations and cash-on-delivery fees in European countries, shipping costs for particularly bulky or fragile items delivered internationally are calculated based on the actual costs incurred. These costs are, of course, communicated before shipping or requested in advance.

Invoice

The invoice is located inside the package. It includes all product prices with VAT, allowing for a quick overview of the charged amount.

Warranty

A 24-month warranty is provided for all new goods from the time of delivery to the customer (transfer of risk). The warranty applies to each product according to the manufacturer's information. The type and extent of the warranty are specified in the respective product documents.

Right of Return

Products purchased from Your Music are subject to a 14-day right of return from the day of delivery. The purchase amount will be refunded by check, bank transfer, or (in case of credit card purchase) by transfer to the card account (see right of return under 'consumer information'). This regulation excludes unsealed mass storage devices, such as software, DVDs, CDs, and books. For hygiene reasons, the return of wind instruments, and earphones and earplugs to be placed in the ear canal (e.g., In-Ear Monitoring) is prohibited. All lighting equipment and goods ordered or manufactured specifically to customer order are excluded from the right of return or exchange. Important: For goods returned from abroad, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The goods must be in perfect and unused condition. Traces of use that cannot be removed make returns impossible or result in a reduced refund. Please do not send unstamped packages!
