TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale apply to individuals (consumers) acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity. All prices on these pages are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any payment information or product availability not indicated on the Website will be communicated to you by phone or email.

ITALY

  • YourMusic SRL sells throughout Italy, using the following payment methods:
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards.
    Poste Pay
    PayPal
    Advance Bank Transfer.
    Advance Ordinary Postal Money Order.
    CONSEL Installment Payment.
  • Free in-store pickup
  • Shipments throughout Italy with express courier.

ABROAD

  • For all purchases from countries not belonging to the European community, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient.
  • Your Music has no control over import customs duties, which may vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office to verify import costs. For more information: info@yourmusiconline.it

ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS

Your Music sells musical instruments and musical electronics, accessories, and spare parts for all categories. Detailed information on products can be found in our sales documents, on Internet offers, and in documents attached to the product.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating the order number assigned to your transaction. If, after placing the order, the confirmation email with the order number is not sent, the proposal will be considered not accepted and will not produce any effects. For deliveries in Italy, the minimum order amount is 10.00 euros. For international shipping, the minimum order amount for additional charges is 10.00 euros. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damage or loss in case of delay in processing the order or delivering the purchased products.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Goods must be ordered and paid for before in-store pickup. Payment cannot be made in-store. You will be notified by email as soon as the goods are available for pickup. Purchased goods will be delivered exclusively to the registered customer who made the purchase, upon presentation of a valid identity document. In case of pickup by another person, the registered customer must communicate via email or fax the details of the person who will pick up the goods in-store, who must present a valid identity document.

SHIPPING COSTS AND PAYMENT TERMS

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. All goods are insured against the risk of loss or damage. In the case of special deliveries, such as express shipments, by courier, or for extraordinary packaging or transport costs, any additional costs will be charged after prior notification to the customer. All goods must be paid for, at the latest at the time of shipment. Until full payment, all goods remain the property of Your Music.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When:

  • within 14 working days from the collection of the goods

How:

  • Communication to Your Music by registered letter with return receipt, fax, or e-mail, indicating customer data and order number
  • Shipment of the goods intact, complete, and in original packaging
  • Also return accessory documentation (manuals, CDs, DVDs, etc.) and the invoice/fiscal receipt

Excluded:

  • custom-made or personalized goods
  • sealed audiovisual products or software, opened by the consumer
  • DVDs, CDs, and books without seal
  • wind instruments, earplugs, in-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons)
  • lighting equipment
  • newspapers, periodicals, and magazines

- you are a resident of Italy
- you have a current account

Documents
Keep these documents handy, you will need them to complete your online application:
- identity document
- health card
- IBAN of your current account
- document proving your income

Are you not an Italian citizen?
For EU citizens, also add:
- the simultaneous residence certificate
- the certificate of regular stay or the registration certificate

For foreign/non-EU citizens, also add:
- the residence permit
