Product Technical Specifications Information

The technical and qualitative information and product images on the website www.yourmusiconline.it (hereinafter simply "Website") are sourced from manufacturers' catalogs. Your Music Srl, to the best of its knowledge, reserves the right to modify and/or adapt such technical product information in the catalog, without prior notice, in relation to what will be communicated or published by manufacturers from time to time. Your Music Srl cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or outdated information reported in the technical specifications. Therefore, it will be the customers' responsibility and care, before making a purchase, to verify any updates to the technical and qualitative information on the manufacturer's or importer's website.

Product Availability

The "available" indication for published products is purely indicative, and given the possibility of simultaneous purchases, Your Music Srl reserves the right, once an order is received, to verify the actual availability of the product and, if unavailable, not to send an order acceptance.

Warranty

New products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, valid for any defects, flaws, or non-conformities. The warranty applies to each product as indicated by the manufacturer. The type and extent of the warranty are specified in the respective product documents. Used products, on the other hand, benefit from the aforementioned warranty for a period of 12 months.

Orders

The publication of products on the Website constitutes an invitation to users to make a purchase proposal to Your Music Srl (also "Order"). Therefore, the sales contract will only be finalized after the customer receives the order acceptance. Orders are accepted solely and exclusively in written form, by fax or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends an order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, an email confirmation of the order, indicating the relevant order number. If, after placing the order, a confirmation email with the order number is not sent, the proposal will be considered not accepted and will have no effect. The minimum order amount is 10.00 Euro. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damage or loss in the event of delays in order processing or delivery of purchased products.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost must be added to the price of the purchased products, which may vary based on the amount, the total weight of the individual items in the cart, the delivery and payment method, and the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated and automatically calculated during the purchase process.

International Shipping

For all purchases from non-EU countries, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient. YourMusic Srl has no control over import customs duties, which may vary from country to country, so please contact your country's customs office to verify import costs. Shipping costs for particularly bulky, heavy, or delicate items may be subject to changes, which will be communicated before shipping. All shipments will be made by express courier, the courier currently contracted with Your Music Srl. Upon request, shipments can be insured against loss and/or accidental damage.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged or altered. In the latter case, the buyer must immediately report the detected damages to the courier, noting it on the document the courier provides for signature, and then contact us at the following numbers: tel. 065810704-065809665 (assistance). If the buyer does not make any objection, they will have tacitly accepted what was delivered and will no longer be able to dispute transport damages.

All prices listed on the Website are in Euros and include VAT. Your Music Srl reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice, due to market changes, tax impositions, or typographical errors. The correct price is understood to be the one stated in the order confirmation. The price indicated in the catalog is not binding if an incorrect price has been published by mistake. Until shipment, in case of error, Your Music Srl may cancel the order by providing a reasoned communication to the buyer. If the customer has already made payment for the ordered products and does not intend to purchase at the subsequently corrected price, they will receive a refund of what they have already paid for the canceled order.

Accepted payment systems are advance bank transfer, advance postal order, credit cards, PostePay, Paypal, and cash on delivery. Other different payment systems must be agreed upon in advance and in writing with Your Music Srl. In case of no agreement, the transaction will be carried out exclusively with the aforementioned payment methods.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Euro/Mastercard, American Express. Please indicate: 1) The cardholder (as it appears on the card); 2) The card number (usually 16 digits); 3) The control number (KPN, 3 digits); 4) The card's validity (date). For high amounts, Your Music Srl may request a copy of the credit card and an identification document from the customer, reserving the right to verify their solvency.

In case of payment by bank transfer or postal order, Your Music Srl will send the customer an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will contain all the order details and the bank or postal details necessary to make the transfer or postal order. Please make the payment only after receiving order confirmation, indicating the order number in the "reason for payment" field. Delivery will only take place after payment has been received. In case of non-payment of the order within 5 days after sending the email confirmation, the order will be canceled.

PostePay

Your Music Srl reserves the unquestionable right not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to customers who are over their credit limit, have outstanding payments, or are in dispute.

PayPal

At the time of order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can complete the payment process by entering your email address and PayPal password. Your financial data will not be visible to Your Music Srl but will be managed directly by PayPal.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available exclusively for amounts up to €999 and for shipments within Italy. Payment can be made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery of the products. No other payment methods will be accepted.

Invoicing

The invoice will contain the data provided by the customer at the time of order and the prices of the purchased goods, including VAT. The invoice will be issued at the time of payment and will be included in the shipping package. No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by providing written notice, including through a specific form available on the website, via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email to Your Music, and returning – in person or by shipment – the purchased goods. It is not necessary to indicate the reason for the return, although a justification is welcome. Upon receipt of the communication of the right of withdrawal, the parties are released from their respective obligations arising from the contract or contractual proposal. In case of return, the products must be in perfect condition, including the original packaging, which must be intact and complete in all its parts, including all accessory documentation. Easily removable signs of use or, if the purchased good is no longer intact, a deduction equal to the decrease in value of the good itself will be applied, thus resulting in a partial refund. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund of the purchase amount is made by check, bank transfer, or (in case of purchase with a credit card) by transfer to the card account. The purchase amount, excluding transportation costs, is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by check, bank transfer, or transfer to the credit card account (in case of purchase with a credit card). The customer is requested to communicate the bank details for the credit or the address where to receive the check. The right of withdrawal is excluded for unsealed mass storage devices, such as software, DVDs, CDs, and books. Due to hygiene regulations, the return of wind instruments, earphones, and/or earplugs to be placed in the ear (e.g., InEar-Monitoring) is prohibited. All lighting devices and goods ordered or manufactured specifically to customer order are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Where applicable, the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) apply.

Your Music Srl reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract, or to split, postpone, or cancel, in whole or in part, the scheduled delivery, in cases where the goods are unavailable or due to force majeure or other unforeseen events. Your Music Srl has the right to withdraw from the contract, by giving written notice to the buyer, with respect to customers who have acted irregularly, have not accepted the products purchased on delivery, are suspected of unlawful behavior, or are compelled by an order from a judicial authority.
