Telephone Order Costs

All calls to our telephone numbers or faxes sent do not incur additional costs compared to the normal rates applied by the caller's telephone company.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by giving written notice, also through a specific form available on the website, via registered mail with return receipt, fax or email to Your Music, and returning the purchased goods undamaged and with the packaging intact. It is not necessary to state the reason for the return, although a justification in this regard is appreciated. Upon receipt of the communication of the right of withdrawal, the parties are released from their respective obligations arising from the contract or contractual proposal. In case of return, the products must be in perfect condition, including the original packaging, which must be intact and complete in all its parts, including all accessory documentation. Traces of use that are not easily removable or, if the purchased item is no longer intact, a reduction equal to the decrease in value of the item itself will be applied, therefore there will be a partial refund. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund of the purchase amount is made by check, bank transfer, or (in case of purchase with credit card) by transfer to the card account. The purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, is returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by check, bank transfer or transfer to the credit card account (in case of purchase with credit card). The customer is requested to communicate the bank details on which to receive the credit or the address where to receive the check. The right of withdrawal is excluded for unsealed mass storage devices, such as software, DVDs, CDs and books. For hygiene reasons, the return of wind instruments, earphones and/or earplugs to be placed in the ear canal (e.g. InEar-Monitoring) is prohibited. All lighting devices and goods ordered or manufactured expressly to customer order are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Where applicable, the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) apply.

Disclaimer

Your Music Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice, due to market variations, new tax impositions or typing errors. The correct price is to be understood as that stated in the order confirmation. The price indicated in the catalog is not binding if a wrong price has been published by mistake. Until shipment, in case of error, Your Music Srl may cancel the order by giving reasoned communication to the buyer. In the event that the customer has already paid for the ordered products and does not intend to purchase at the subsequently corrected price, they will receive what has already been paid for the canceled order. The publication of products on the Site is equivalent to an invitation addressed to users to formulate a purchase proposal (also "Order") to Your Music Srl. Therefore, the sales contract will only be perfected after the acceptance of the Order has been sent to the customer. Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, by fax or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation of the order by e-mail, with the indication of the relative order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the confirmation email with the order number is not sent, the proposal will be considered as not accepted and will not produce effects. Your Music Srl is not responsible for direct and/or indirect damage or loss, in case of delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of the purchased products. Your Music Srl reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract, or to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery, in the event that the goods are not available or due to force majeure or due to other unforeseeable events.
