PRS McCarty 594 10-Top Tiger Eye
The McCarty Model 594 is a vintage-inspired instrument that feels familiar and extremely playable in the guitarist's hands. Whether you're after the rich, warm tones of humbuckers, or the sweet sparkle of single-coils, the McCarty 594 lets you explore both sonic territories without limits.
What makes this instrument such are some unique specifications. In particular the 24.594" scale, slightly shorter than the classic 25", the 58/15 LT pickups, where LT means low number of windings, which gives a warm and defined sound.
We then find a pair of volumes and tones positioned so that with a single gesture you can lower the volume and tone at the same time.
Finally we find a new profile for the handle, Pattern Vintage, which is slightly larger than the traditional PRS handle and remains asymmetrical, i.e. ergonomic.
The tuners are PRS Vintage-Style Tuners while the bridge is a PRS Two-Piece Bridge.
