Ibanez RGD71ALMSBAM Black Aurora Burst Matte
This innovative multi-scale electric model has a nyatoh body finished in colour-shifting Black Aurora Burst Matte and an ascending scale length running from 25.5-inches at the high-strings to 27-inches at the low strings, giving them a deliciously tight feel. The frets are uniquely fanned for the ultimate in ergonomic playability while the Ibanez Monorail bridge ensures insanely accurate intonation per string.
The RGD71ALMS-BAM comes mounted with two Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers. These active pickups offer two different voicings controlled by the push/pull volume pot and range from aggressive, modern high-output growl to a noise-free, transparent clean. This broad tonal palette gives contemporary guitarists every colour to play with so that, while this 7-string Axion Label guitar was evidently built to handle brutal shredding, it could actually seamlessly fit any playing style.
The ebony fretboard has 24 jumbo frets and a comfortably modern and flat 15.75-inch fretboard radius. Every fret has undergone the special Sub Zero treatment, so they can withstand the hardest riffs and most extreme bends, while supported by the incredibly stable 5-piece panga panga and walnut neck with Nitro Wizard profile. Smaller, but no less essential, details include the Gotoh locking tuners, glow-in-the-dark logo and luminescent side-dots, all of which raise the level of the Ibanez RGD71ALMS-BAM that bit further.
