The Ibanez PIA3761C Steve Vai is a high spec, no compromise instrument. Built to look - and sound - exceptional, it's going to thrill you with its stunning sonic versatility. That's courtesy of three powerhouse DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups that can voice a vast repertoire of tones. Configured in an HSH layout, you have a breadth of sounds at your disposal, with serious ceramic humbucker heft for attitude filled distortion, and a single coil alnico for sparkling, musical cleans. Combine this with its 5-way switching, and you can serve up a sonic feast.

To that end, you're getting one of the fastest necks ever seen on a guitar. The 5pc maple / walnut neck is shockingly slim, slick, and stable, allowing for rapid position changes.
