Created at the beginning of the 1960s, the legendary bass model that inspired the JB-20 CA quickly became an integral part of modern music history relied on by legends like Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller and many other world-famous bassists. The classic shape of the poplar body and a gorgeous Blue Metallic finish give this model a lively vintage flair. The bolt-on maple neck features a 20-fret amaranth fretboard, guaranteeing snappy response and balanced sustain. Providing a wealth of timeless sounds, the two HB JB-Style single coils are paired here with a passive electronics system (volume/volume/tone) that lets you sculpt your tone to suit virtually any genre or taste.
