Yamaha FS9RX Natural
Yamaha began sales of guitars in earnest with the release of its FG150 and FG180 acoustic guitars in 1966, and has since continued to expand its lineup to include everything from entry-level models to high-end models designed for professional musicians. Throughout its long history, the FG lineup of acoustic guitars has continued to exhibit quality improvements and technological innovation, leading to the release of the FG9 flagship model in 2023 and the FS9 in 2024. Since their initial release, these guitars have facilitated the musical expression of many players in a wide variety of situations.
The new FS9 X are acoustic-electric guitars based on the FG9 and FS9, which were developed with an uncompromising design that strives to achieve expressiveness ideal for singer-songwriters. For the pickup system, these models employ the Atmosfeel™ 3-way pickup system, which collects the sound components of the guitar that cannot be picked up by conventional pickups. This allows the natural live sound of the guitar to be expressed through the amplifier, even on stage. These models bring a new performance experience to the performers through a line out of the true sounds of FG9 and FS9, which provide expressiveness ideal for singer-songwriters.
