The Fender Custom Shop '65 Dual-Mag Strat Journeyman Relic is the ultimate Stratocaster for the discerning player. The real magic lies within the electronics. Equipped are three custom shop hand-wound Dual Mag II pickups, which deliver high-output vintage signature tones with enhanced string-to-string balance. Additionally, thanks to the tone-saver bleed circuit, any loss from turning down the volume is eliminated. Maintain your crisp, clean, and powerful voicing.
Crafted with a select two-piece alder body, quartersawn maple neck, and topped with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, the Dual-Mag Stratocaster has a well-loved and moderately played look with a special charm all its own. With dazzling gold hardware, a three-ply black pickguard, mother of pearl dot, and Closet Classic hardware that's only slightly oxidized, this guitar will be sure to turn heads. No matter the performance style, the '65 Start is ready to put down any sound you desire.
