Il set si presenta in un unico grado di tensione ed è costituito da Nylgut® colore budello per i Trebles, adottando i diametri mediamente rappresentativi secondo quanto trovato durante le ricerche. Per i Bassi, che sono filati in rame argentato su Nylgut® in forma di multifilamento, si è ricercato un bilanciamento tra metallo ed anima tale da ricreare esattamente la sonorità tipica di quelli in seta rivestita di allora.
