The TLC Compressor Gen2 is Aguilar's bass guitar compressor designed to give musicians the ability to control the dynamics of their sound in a flexible and musical way. This second version features a completely redesigned aesthetic.

AGUILAR TLC COMPRESSOR GEN2 OVERVIEW

Aguilar's proprietary Trans Linear Control (TLC) circuit achieves unprecedented performance in a small format. The TLC compressor features a four-knob layout to allow the bassist to manage their sound. The LEVEL control manages the output volume, the THRESHOLD knob sets the level at which compression will begin: turning the knob clockwise, compression will engage at lower input levels. The ATTACK control allows you to manage the time between the played note and the start of compression. Turning the knob clockwise, the attack time lengthens, allowing you to hear the initial part of the note without compression. Finally, the SLOPE knob controls the compression ratio: turning the knob clockwise compresses the dynamic range further.
