Super HD-28

The Martin Super HD-28 reinterprets the legendary Style 28 dreadnought in an even more imposing version. With an internal air volume 20% greater than a traditional dreadnought, the Super D body offers deep, authoritative bass and uncompromising sound projection, ideal for standing out in any musical context. The solid spruce top, combined with solid Indian rosewood back and sides, generates a rich, deep, and complex harmonic sound, destined to mature and open up over time. The scalloped Golden Era X bracing with forward shift, already a highlight of the Modern Deluxe series, ensures exceptional dynamic response, prolonged sustain, and a tone inspired by the most iconic vintage Martins. The aesthetic details express all the timeless elegance of Style 28: herringbone purfling, antique white binding, Diamond & Square inlays on the fingerboard, and nickel-plated open-gear tuners. All of this is complemented by the traditional dovetailed neck joint, for optimal vibration transmission. The Super HD-28 represents a bold evolution of a Martin classic, designed for guitarists who want volume, depth, and absolute presence.

Specifications of the Martin & Co.
