Shure MX418n gooseneck microphone These Microflex series microphones are a complete line of fully adjustable gooseneck microphones with interchangeable condenser capsules. The capsules are available in three versions differing in polar pattern (cardioid, supercardioid, or omnidirectional) and are designed for quick replacement on any Microflex line model. They offer high sensitivity, wide frequency response, and accurate sound reproduction, making them suitable for a variety of applications in conference centers, courtrooms, and houses of worship. Microflex gooseneck microphones are available in various versions with different lengths and mounting types. Four models feature a switch and corresponding LED indicator, a unique feature of Shure Microflex microphones. Models with integrated bases, MX412D and MX418D, have a membrane button that can be programmed for various functions such as: push-to-talk, push-to-mute, toggle. Logic input and output allow them to interface with other external devices such as automatic microphone mixers, loudspeaker muting relays, or camera switchers. All models have a balanced, transformerless output to provide maximum immunity to electromagnetic noise and RF interference and come with a complete installation kit including: • foam windscreen with block • shock mount (flush-mount) and mounting flange with block for MX412, MX412S, MX418, MX418S models • threaded mounting flange and shock mount (flush-mount + adapter) for MX412SE and MX418SE models The MX418N is supplied without a capsule, which must be selected from the following models: R183B: Omnidirectional black R184B: Supercardioid black R185B: Cardioid color
