The Woody HC is a passive, noise-free magnetic pickup that delivers a warm, rich acoustic tone, perfect for all types of acoustic performance. Its hum-cancelling design offers a fatter, more compressed sound than the SC (single coil) version. All Woodys are available in our custom maple, walnut or black stained housing and are double potted to keep them feedback resistant. It mounts instantly into your soundhole, with no modifications of any kind to the guitar, and can be easily removed in a flash. It comes with a 14-foot studio-quality low-capacitance cable that plugs directly into your favorite amplifier, PA, direct box or console. Fits all standard soundholes (3.75 (94 mm) to 4.0 (100 mm). Great for all standard types of steel-string acoustic guitars. NOTE: This is a magnetic pickup and will not work with nylon string instruments. Available colors: maple, walnut, or black.
