The V7 Chrome is the chrome-plated version of sE Electronics' best-selling microphone, the V7, a supercardioid dynamic vocal microphone. For the first time ever, sE Electronics, world-renowned for its Reflexion Filter and condenser studio microphones, makes a grand entrance into the dynamic microphone market with two models designed for absolute top-tier live performance. The sE V7 and V3 are dynamic microphones ideal for live vocal applications. Thanks to a neutral and well-balanced sound, they also have an excellent response with other sources such as guitar amps, wind instruments, drums, and choirs, both in the studio and live. The very robust body (constructed entirely of metal), the stainless steel mesh grille, and the gold-plated XLR connector contacts ensure the microphone's long life without the risk of corrosion. The handcrafted construction, as always entrusted by sE Electronics to highly qualified personnel, the use of neodymium magnets, and low production tolerance, guarantee high sensitivity, great sound quality, and above-average reliability. The internal windscreen reduces unwanted noise such as wind blast and also functions as an anti-pop filter, attenuating plosive consonants very effectively. Thanks to its unique and innovative aluminum voice coil, the V7, in particular, offers an open and brilliant sound capable of enhancing the voice like never before. The sophisticated capsule design with a supercardioid polar pattern helps isolate the voice from other instruments on stage. It also very effectively reduces bleed from other instruments and ensures high gain before feedback. Unwanted noise, very common in live situations, as well as those caused by the hand holding the mic, are eliminated thanks to the innovative (patented) internal capsule suspension system. Along with the V7 / V3 microphone, the package includes a normal and small attachment mic stand adapter, the internal windscreen, and a practical pouch.
