It features a roasted ash body, a C-profile maple neck, a 21-fret roasted maple fingerboard with birdseye inlays, and a snakewood top.

For electronics, this limited edition model mounts a passive Sadowsky Humbucker MM Style pickup at the bridge and a Sadowsky J Style Hum-Cancelling neck pickup.

The tuning machines are Sadowsky Light Open Gear and the bridge is a Sadowsky with a "Quick Release" system.
