KORG Pitchstrap GD is the first tuner on the market that clips onto most popular guitar or bass straps. It features a compact, slim design with elegant finishes and, despite its size, offers high performance.

Precisely detects string vibrations from the guitar or bass strap

Pitchstrap GD uses new technology with a highly efficient sensor, allowing for very accurate tuning when Pitchstrap GD is attached directly to the strap.

Slim design with steel finish

The elegant outer casing of Pitchstrap GD features a modern, slim, slide-out design with a high-quality black stainless steel finish. KORG Pitchstrap tuners blend in with any type of guitar on stage and are practically invisible.

Display modes

Pitchstrap GD has various display modes for detected tuning: regular, high-precision strobe, guitar navigation, and bass navigation. In addition to "Regular" mode (standard needle tuning), "Strobe" mode indicates pitch variations based on the direction and speed of the meter's flow, allowing for ultra-precise tuning with a tolerance of just ±0.1 cents, making even the slightest error easily visible. Furthermore, two navigation modes are available: for guitar and for bass, which start detection from the lowest string and automatically switch to the next string when the pitch is correct.

Pitchstrap GD is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, attaching quickly and stably to the strap. The ideal placement of the tuner is near the performer's body's center of gravity, allowing them to play and move freely on stage while the Pitchstrap remains firmly in place.

The calibration function

Pitchstrap GD allows for the adjustment of the reference frequency (pitch pipe) for tuning and adapts to various musical needs and situations, with a range of A4=436 to 445 Hz.

USB rechargeable

Pitchstrap GD is USB rechargeable and does not require disposable batteries. It offers up to 8 hours of continuous use with only 1 hour of charging. A USB charging cable is included.

Preserves the aesthetics of every instrument

With Pitchstrap GD, there's no need to attach the tuner to the headstock of the bass or guitar, thus preserving the instrument's appearance and avoiding the risk of damage.
