The Impact GX Mini brings the power of Nektar's acclaimed Impact GX range of tUSB MIDI controller keyboards to your backpack: 25 mini keys with velocity, Joystick for modulation control, and even Nektar DAW integration for popular DAWs.

The unique Part 2 feature adds momentary transposition, layering, and more. Impact GX Mini helps you capture your ideas, no matter where inspiration strikes.

GX Mini features the newly designed velocity-sensitive keybed with 25 mini keys. Despite their tiny size, you can play them expressively with a defined and firm feel. You can also adjust the keyboard's response to your playing style by choosing from three velocity curves.

Control pitch bend, modulation, and other MIDI messages in real-time with the Joystick. The left/right axis is assigned to pitch, the up/down axis is pre-assigned to modulation and foot controller, but is also assignable to other MIDI CC messages.

Control your DAW from GX Mini: eight dedicated buttons put essential DAW functions at your fingertips. Give your mouse a break and control transport, track navigation, and other features with Nektar DAW integration for popular DAWs. The buttons are also MIDI assignable for use with any unsupported software.

On a keyboard with only 25 keys, you are bound to reach range limits. This is where Part Two comes in: while playing, simply press one of the dedicated "Part 2" buttons and momentarily shift the octave up or down, transpose, layer another octave up, or switch completely to another MIDI channel.

The moment you release the buttons, Impact GX Mini returns to the original settings. Plus, any notes played before pressing "Part 2" will continue to play with the original settings, so you can play and hold some very low notes while playing an over-the-top solo. A great performance feature!

GX Mini also has a footswitch connector, so you can connect a sustain pedal. Since it's programmable, you can assign any other MIDI CC message as well.
