Finger drumming enthusiasts will find the 8 backlit velocity and pressure-sensitive pads, derived from the iconic MPC series, to be indispensable allies for performances. Music producers, live performers, DJs, and VJs can utilize the various banks across which the 8 Pads are organized, configurable by simply pressing a button in NOTE modes, to transmit MIDI note messages, CC, to send Control Change messages, or Prog Change, for Program Change messages. The messages generated by pressing are entirely customizable in detail by the user within the software editor (downloadable from akaipro.com), which allows us to send up to 8 different recallable preset configurations to the internal memory of the hardware by simultaneously pressing the "SELECT" button together with one of the 8 Pads.

THE 360° ENCODERS OF THE MPKMINI White
The third generation of MIDI USB controller MPK mini features 360° rotary potentiometers, to control the parameters of your virtual instruments, DAW software and all applications that support MIDI Learn mapping (refer to your software's manual). In addition, these controls allow you to modify the parameter values of the arpeggiator and the Note Repeat function integrated into the instrument: simply hold down one of the "Arpeggiator On/Off" or "Note Repeat" buttons while turning the potentiometers. The silkscreen below the knobs indicates the parameter you will manage for the aforementioned integrated functions.

THE OLED DISPLAY OF THE MPKMINI White
Compared to previous models, Akai Professional has introduced an extremely intelligible OLED display in this generation of mini USB MIDI master keyboards, to always keep an eye on the value of the parameters you are controlling and to allow you to make settings that were not possible directly in the hardware in previous models.

IMPORTANT:
AKAI Professional MPKmini is a MIDI controller that generates and sends MIDI messages useful for controlling software, applications, or musical hardware compatible with the universal MIDI standard. It does not have internal sounds and functions exclusively by sending control messages that will be translated by your music software into sound, which will then exit through your audio interface. Therefore, the keyboard does not have an audio output.

The software provided and/or available for download is free of charge and does not include technical or commercial support. AKAI Professional and the Italian distributor Algam EKO are solely responsible for the hardware instrument (keyboard) they produce and distribute and cannot provide support for the software.
