Ibanez introduced the AE series in 2016 and is now pleased to present this new version. 

The Ibanez AE2912 Natural Low Gloss 12-string electro-acoustic guitar features an Okoume top, back, and sides, a Nyatoh Comfort Grip neck with a rounded profile, a scalloped Katalox fretboard with 20 Jumbo frets, a scalloped bridge, and an abalone rosette.

The new X-bracing allows for clearer and more effective transmission of string vibration from the bridge to the body.

The bracing, along with the solid top, provides more defined lows, brighter highs, warm mids, and excellent response.

Additionally, the 12-string construction offers additional complexity and openness to the sound.

The redesigned, lightweight, and scalloped bridge improves vibration efficiency for better resonance, as well as providing greater flexibility in action adjustment.

For electronics, this model features an Ibanez AP11 magnetic pickup and an Ibanez Custom preamplifier with Volume and Tone.
