The new X-bracing allows for a clearer and more effective transmission of string vibration from the bridge to the body.

The bracing, along with the solid top, provides more defined lows, brighter highs, warm mids, and excellent response.

Furthermore, the scalloped bridge is lighter and, in addition to allowing for better resonance, allows for greater flexibility in action adjustment.
