Based on the popular Starfire IV ST, this thin-body semi-hollow electric has the added power of 6 strings! Premium features include an all-mahogany body (arched top and back), solid spruce center block, ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dots. The Guild three-piece mahogany neck with maple center reinforcement and "Soft U" profile. The nut is 43mm, the guitar scale is 629mm. Instead of the harp tailpiece found on early Guild 12-string electrics (Starfire XIIs made between '66-'74), this modern version has a Tune-O-Matic bridge with a stopbar tailpiece for increased sustain and stability, necessary to keep the extra strings in tune. The Starfire IV ST 12-string features dual LB-1 "Little Bucker" pickups, replicas of the small Guild humbuckers. Includes a TKL hardshell case, Shoreline Mist gloss polyurethane finish.'
