Description

The GR SSFLH570 Ida Maria Grassi Bb soprano flugelhorn is an entry-level instrument designed to offer ease of playing, mechanical reliability, and a warm, enveloping tone, ideal for students and for the first years of study in band settings.

The brass construction with a lacquered finish ensures durability and protection over time, while the 150mm bell promotes balanced projection and a soft, homogeneous sound. The 10.00mm bore ensures easy emission and quick response, facilitating control across different registers. The leadpipe with a nickel-plated and copper-plated finish contributes to greater durability and structural stability.

The instrument features stainless steel pistons for smooth, precise, and long-lasting performance. It is also equipped with a trigger on the third piston, designed to allow for more precise intonation adjustment during performance. Water keys on slides 1 and 3 facilitate condensation management.
