Vintage single-channel compressor, based on classic circuits used by Neve, EMI and other manufacturers, made with discrete components and transformers, equipped with On/Off switches, true bypass, compression In/Out, link switch (for using 2 Comp-54s in stereo), comp/output meter, and 600 Ohm termination for serial use with modern equipment, threshold, ratio, attack, release, HPF and gain controls, analog level indicator, balanced XLR/1/4” jack input, balanced XLR/1/4” jack output, link connector in 1/4” jack format, insert connector in 1/4” jack format for direct connection to EQ-73 and EQ-81.
