Description

Novation FLKEY 37 is a portable USB MIDI keyboard, designed for use with the DAW software FLStudio. It features 37 semi-weighted, velocity-sensitive, standard-pitch keys, a 16-pad velocity-sensitive step sequencer, presets directly selectable from the controller, 8 rotary potentiometers, and transport controls. Fixed Chord, User Chord, and Scale Chord modes facilitate composition and performance.

Sequencer and Pad Modes

The Sequencer Mode function allows you to assign the pads of the FLkey 37 to FL Studio's step sequencer, enabling rapid beat creation. The two Pad Modes offer a personal touch to your rhythms and allow you to break free from the grid: play directly within the Channel Rack or FPC and trigger samples on SliceX. If you want to add Hi-Hats, the Note Repeat function will allow you to do so easily at any time.

Adjustments and control in your hands

FL Studio's Mixer from the screen directly into your hands: use the eight potentiometers to adjust the mix and record automations at any time. The fundamental transport controls allow access to the pianoroll, where you can undo, redo, quantize or start the metronome instantly. Explore presets directly from the keyboard in your Image Line plug-ins to modify instruments and sounds, without the use of the mouse.

Play freely and easily

The Scale Mode function allows you to always play the correct note, maintaining the flow of your music. By combining Scale Mode with seamless FL Studio integration, you can explore new creative horizons and discover ideas you never thought you'd have.
