The Fender Stratocaster American Special HSS Black is an electric guitar made in the USA, designed to offer the classic Fender sound with a more modern and versatile approach.

It stands out for its HSS configuration (Humbucker + 2 Single Coils), which greatly expands its sonic possibilities:

the neck and middle single coils provide classic bright and defined Strat sounds
the bridge humbucker adds power, fullness, and more drive for rock and more aggressive genres

The alder body ensures a good balance of frequencies, while the neck with a modern “C” profile and 22 jumbo frets offers great comfort and ease for bending. The black finish with a black pickguard and ’70s style headstock gives it an aggressive yet classic aesthetic.

This series was designed as a more accessible American Strat, without sacrificing build quality or sonic character.
