Evans EMAD drumheads are single-ply, clear batter heads with a thickness of 0.25 mil, offering the right balance of low frequencies, attack, and power.

EMAD heads also feature two interchangeable dampening rings that emphasize attack and low frequencies without having to remove the head or access the inside of the drum.

The standard, externally adjustable dampening system is unique and allows the drummer to adjust the attack and focus the sound.
