The CSP042 X Third Man Hardware Double Down Pedal is the booster pedal born from the collaboration between MXR and Third Man Hardware. This pedal combines two separate MXR Micro Amp circuits in a single enclosure, allowing it to provide gain to two signal chains simultaneously.

MXR and Third Man Hardware have joined forces to create the perfect booster for gigging musicians. The CSP042 Double Down Pedal combines two MXR Micro Amp circuits in a single pedal: the guitar signal enters the input jack and the Double Down splits it into two separate outputs, each with its own Gain control for a signal boost of up to +26 dB. On the left side of the pedal there is a Phase switch that adds a stereophonic effect by inverting the phase of the second output signal. On the right side there is a Buffer switch that allows you to choose between True Bypass, for true purists, and Buffered Bypass, to keep the sound intact when using two separate signal chains.

GAIN 1: adjusts the output level of the OUT 1 signal;
GAIN 2: adjusts the output level of the OUT 2 signal;
PHASE: activates the stereophonic effect (yellow LED indicates status);
BUFFER: selects true or buffered bypass mode (yellow-orange LED indicates buffered bypass).
