- BOSS continues its line of portable multi-track recorders with the BR-800, battery-powered and featuring an innovative touch-sensor design.

- It can record directly to SD cards with up to 4 tracks simultaneously and play back 8, plus a dedicated stereo track for the built-in rhythm generator.

- The BR-800 includes guitar and bass effects derived from the GT-10/10B, vocal and harmonizing effects from the VE-20, and an acoustic guitar modeling system that uses COSM technology.

- The “EZ Recording” function allows for very simple recording. It also features a built-in stereo microphone for recording anytime, in any situation.
