Beetronics is one of the few boutique brands, founded in California by two Brazilian musician brothers who moved to Los Angeles, that has not only managed to survive its first successful pedal but has also become one of the coolest brands of the moment, with some of the best pedals seen in recent years, such as the Overhive, the Royal Jelly, and absolutely the Swarm. The new Fatbee is the first pedal in the Babee series, an overdrive created with legendary pedal builder Howard Davis, inventor of the Memory Man, to achieve a totally original sound. A JFET overdrive that saturates gently and progressively like a tube amp and can be used to warm, sharpen, or make guitars, basses, and any instrument buzz.
