Hypercardioid Condenser Microphone for Drums and Percussion The MicroD is primarily a drum and percussion microphone, for professional use both in the studio and on stage. The MicroD has a uniformly controlled hypercardioid polar pattern and a smooth and precise response within its frequency range. This microphone is lightweight, compact, and simple to use. The MicroD is housed in an aluminum ring and isolated by a rubber anti-vibration mounting system. The MicroD easily and securely attaches to standard hoops using the patented DVICE mounting system.
