Dynamic Instrument Microphone With a wide frequency response of 40 Hz - 18 kHz and the ability to handle SPLs greater than 144 dB, the D4 dynamic microphone is an excellent choice for instruments requiring precise low-frequency reproduction, such as large trombones, cajons, djembes, tympanis, Leslie bottoms, bass flutes, saxophones and baritone saxophones, trombones, acoustic basses, bass cabinets, and small drums. The D4 is lightweight, compact, and easy to position. Used for stage, studio, and broadcast applications, the D4 dynamic microphone is designed with a hypercardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback control. The D4 hypercardioid also features a VLM diaphragm for accurate natural sound reproduction. Excellent for tympanis, djembes, brass, and jazz drum kicks. It has an accurate and natural frequency response with a slight low-end boost. Key Features
