Ampeg Venture® Series amplifiers deliver the modern style and features contemporary bassists demand, continuing a tradition of innovation that dates back to the dawn of the electric bass.

With their intuitive and easy-to-use controls, Venture Series amplifiers offer a wide range of tone-shaping tools, including a 3-band EQ with semi-parametric mids, 3-way Ultra Hi and Ultra Lo switches, and a Super Grit Technology™ (SGT™) Overdrive circuit with SVT® and B15 voicings. Venture V7 and Venture V12 amplifiers also include a decidedly musical variable compressor. An effects loop, an XLR direct output, an Aux input, and a Phones output complete the connectivity. All circuits are analog, except for the Class D solid-state amplifiers. Add an optional AFS2 footswitch to remotely control SGT overdrive and Mute. Rugged Venture padded gig bags for the heads are sold separately.

The portable Venture® V12 1200-watt amplifier offers modern features, intuitive and easy-to-use controls, and a wide range of tone-shaping tools. Features include the historic preamp with a 3-band EQ with sweepable mids, 3-way Ultra Hi/Ultra Lo switches, a footswitchable SGT™ Overdrive circuit with SVT® / B15 voicing selector, and a variable compressor.
