The industry standard stage microphone

The CROWN PCC160 can withstand up to 120dB SPL without distortion. A bass-tilt switch allows the user to customize the low-frequency response for particular applications. It is a phase-coherent cardioid (PCC), electret condenser microphone. Similar in construction to PZM microphones, with a supercardioid polar pattern, which offers strong rejection of signals coming from behind the microphone and a 3 dB increase in directivity. Designed to be placed on a surface, it requires 12-48 V phantom power.
