Guitarists will be happy to know that ZEDi-8 comes with a pair of high-impedance guitar DIs, allowing direct connection of the instrument to the mixer without the need for separate DI boxes.

The mixer comes bundled with the Cubasis LE app. Cubasis LE is the compact version of Steinberg's streamlined multitouch sequencer for iPad, with the same look and feel as its big brother Cubasis. Designed specifically for simple and fast operation, Cubasis LE makes recording, editing, and mixing a breeze.

ZEDi-8 features an exceptional newly designed preamp, created by analog technology guru Mike Griffin and derived from his acclaimed GS-R24 professional recording console. Known as GSPre, these preamps offer exceptionally low noise and massive headroom, along with the warmth and depth for which Allen & Heath analog series are renowned. For tone shaping, the MusiQ EQ controls have been optimized for responsiveness and precision: shaping and enhancing every sound source will now be a breeze!

Resistant and Robust

All ZED mixers are designed and built to Allen & Heath's legendary touring standards, ensuring a long lifespan in the harshest environments. All channels feature individual vertical circuits and all rotary controls are bolted to the front panel to prevent impact damage.

Designed for Guitarists

ZEDi-8 is equipped with two high-impedance guitar DIs on the jack inputs, allowing guitars to be connected directly to the mixer without the need for DI boxes: this means one less device to buy, transport, and set up.
