30% discount on accidental damage and wear and tear repairs. Forever.

The 30% discount is applied immediately upon coupon activation to all services excluded from the assistance service (accidental damage, consumable replacement, ...) or not covered by the legal warranty.

The discount is valid only at our centers; it has no time limits during the lifetime of the instrument and in case of sale of the asset it is transferred to the new buyer.

Product refund

If the product is not repairable or if the repair cost exceeds the value of the product itself, during the validity of the technical service extension, the customer can obtain a product replacement with a refund of the new product's purchase price, discounted by 15% for each year. The refund will be issued via a voucher to be used within 3 months from its issue date. In any case, the refund cannot exceed the value of the coupon (of 500, 1000, 2000 or 5000 euros).
