Yamaha RLS1455 Steel Snare Drum

This snare drum, created in collaboration with Steve Gadd, improves sound cut-off, allowing for a brighter sound.

Thanks to the externally mounted center bead, it produces a more open sound compared to traditional snare drums.

The durable Q-type strainer ensures solid, stable, and smooth operation, as well as easy adjustment and replacement of the snare wires.

- Edges: 45 degrees

- Hoops: Triple flanged (2.3mm Dyna Hoop, 10 holes)

- Lugs: Newly designed One-piece (chrome plated)

- Snare Wires: regular (20 strands) + Steve Gadd (10 strands)

- Heads: Top: Remo Coated Ambassador, Bottom: Remo Ambassador Snare

- Strainer: Q type (release) / DC3 type (Butt Side)
