Pacifica® Standard Plus guitars were designed for players seeking a unique sound. The PACS+12M offers exceptional sound and playability, and its four new finish options are inspired by the quintessential sunny vibe of Southern California.

Yamaha’s Acoustic Design technology uses scientific processes such as 3D modeling to devise wood-routing techniques that increase body resonance and improve vibration transfer between the neck and body. With its slim C-shape neck, carved neck-joint heel, contoured body, and 13.8"/350mm fretboard radius, the Pacifica Standard Plus is exceptionally easy and comfortable to play.

A modern neck shape that facilitates both comfort and speed, combined with a satin finish for smooth, friction-free playability. The gently contoured neck heel makes access to even the highest frets comfortable and easy. The alder body is contoured along the bottom for enhanced comfort.

New Reflectone pickups created in collaboration with Rupert Neve Designs deliver clear, articulate tones with solid lows and sparkling highs, while the HSS pickup configuration combined with coil-splitting capabilities results in exceptional versatility.

Maple fingerboards provide a brighter tone and snappier attack. Stainless steel frets are exceptionally durable, while also reducing resistance when bending strings.
