This model combines 1960s aesthetics with modern craftsmanship, perfected over 50 years of experience in Yamaha guitar building.

The top is Sitka spruce, back and sides are mahogany, the fingerboard and bridge are ebony, while the original Yamaha FG body offers a full and punchy low end, suitable for strumming and flatpicking.

The Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) treatment gives the sound and sustain of aged wood.

The Atmosfeel pickup and preamp system offers a unique and natural plug-in sound.
