The Yamaha Fg-Ta Transacoustic Vintage Tint electro-acoustic guitar features a Dreadnought mahogany body, mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard, Nato neck, and rosewood bridge.

Yamaha's innovative TransAcoustic technology offers integrated reverb and chorus effects. The key to TransAcoustic is a built-in actuator, a small device hidden inside the guitar.

The vibration of the instrument's strings makes the actuator vibrate; these vibrations are transmitted to the guitar body, as well as to the surrounding air.

The result is an authentic reverb and chorus, without the need for amplification or additional effects.
