Description

The G66SCE is a Grand Auditorium-style acoustic-electric guitar with a Venetian cutaway. The original feature of the Comfort series is the ergonomic armrest that provides maximum comfort to the guitar, and in the case of the G66SCE, it becomes an integral part of the beautiful mahogany binding. The guitar features a solid Western Red Cedar top, spalted maple back and sides, and mahogany/maple bound body and headstock. The unbound Ovangkol fretboard and mahogany-bound Ovangkol bridge add an aura of understated elegance to the guitar. An maple/mahogany/maple strip also divides the spalted maple back. The headstock features a mother-of-pearl Washburn logo and a stylized W. The stunning Washburn Parquet-style rosette is made by alternating maple and mahogany.
