The EQP-WA Pultec Style Tube EQ is identical to the classic Pultec equalizer not only in design, but above all in sound quality, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail thanks to the use of high-end components such as Cinemag transformers and "premium grade" tubes. The entire "all discrete" circuitry has been designed to add detail to audio tracks without sacrificing transients.Warm Audio is confident that the new product will bring "sonic brilliance and luster" to mixes with a warmth and tonal accuracy impossible to achieve by mixing entirely in-the-box.The original Pultec design is known for providing a unique equalization curve, a feature not present in other types of EQs. The EQ section can be bypassed, still allowing the signal to pass through the tubes and transformers, simply "warming" the sound.
